THE WONDERFUL AND GLOWING GOLDEN MASK

(ADVENTURE STORY)

Lara and Marco were brave explorers. They were in the jungle, searching for a gold mask that once belonged to an ancient king. The mask had been lost for a thousand years.

Lara and Marco had a message in code. They trekked through the jungle, across dangerous volcanoes. "Marco", cried Lara, "watch out for the poisonous spider!"

They finally arrived at a lost city. "Look, there's a door", said Marco. The door took them to a dungeon, deep under the city. In the middle of the dungeon there was a stone with symbols on it. Marco and Lara pushed away the heavy stone and gasped as they saw the glittering, gold mask.
