THE GOLDEN AND SHINY HELMET

(ADVENTURE STORY)

Lara and Marco were brave explorers. They were in the jungle, searching for a gold helmet that once belonged to an ancient king. The helmet had been lost for a thousand years. Lara and Marco had an ancient manuscript.

They trekked through the jungle, across dangerous waterfalls. "Marco", cried Lara, "watch out for the snake!"

They finally arrived at a lost city. "Look, there's a tunnel", said 

Marco.

The tunnel took them to a temple, deep under the city. In the middle of the temple there was a stone with symbols on it. Marco and Lara pushed away the heavy stone and gasped as they saw the 

glittering, gold helmet.
